We shifted to Lotus Atchutam specifically because STEM SCHOOL is so nearby, making it very easy for our kids to reach on time. We looked at a few other places, but the convenience of this location in Tenali won us over. Our 3 BHK home has 837 square feet of carpet area, and while it is not huge, the layout makes it feel spacious enough for a small family. Lotus Ventures did a good job making sure the structure is ready to move, so we did not have to wait for finishing touches. The power backup is a blessing, especially during the summer months when there are frequent cuts. We are happy with our purchase, even though the building does not have a large play area for the kids.

The fire sprinkleare installed everywhere, so safety is clearly a priority here. Since this is a ready to move property, we shifted in without any delays. The common areas are kept neat, and the neighboseem like decent folks. My only small concern is that the local shops are not exactly at the gate, so you have to walk a bit or take an auto for daily groceries.

Lotus Atchutam is a decent choice if you want to be near the main city parts. I am living here after moving from a larger house, so the 3 BHK layout feels a little bit tight with my furniture. However, the carpet area of 837 square feet is well planned. Lotus Ventures did include essential features like fire sprinkle, which is great. Being close to the railway station bus stop is a major convenience for my team. The building is ready to move, so I settled in fast. I wish there was a bigger parking space though, as the current area gets quite crowded when everyone is home in the evening. Otherwise, the construction quality is good and the building is well maintained.
