    We moved into Four Srinidhi Residency about two months ago. Since my wife and I both work in tech, the proximity to the Underground Subway Metro Station which is nearby has been a life saver for our daily commute. Four K Developebuilt this project with a decent finish. The building is ready to move which saved us all the stress of waiting for possession. The only small issue we have noticed is that the lobby area gets quite dusty in the afternoon because of the nearby road construction work. Other than that, everything is fine and we are enjoying our new space in the Nagarampalem area. It is a solid choice for any working professionals in Guntur.

    Finding a home near a good school was our main priority for the kids, and Four Srinidhi Residency fit that requirement perfectly since STEM SCHOOL is quite close. We have been living here for a while now and the neighborhood in Nagarampalem feels safe for children to walk around. It is good to see that Four K Developefocused on the basics rather than just fancy aesthetics that do not last. The only downside is the noise level during peak hounear the Kankaragunta Bridge. It can get a bit loud in the evenings, but it is a small trade off for being in such a well connected part of Guntur city.

The building is ready to move which meant I did not have to pay rent and EMI at the same time. The finish inside the flat is good, though the common areas could have been better lit in the evenings. I frequently travel for my business meetings and having the Lodge Center Bus Stop nearby is convenient enough. Since it is ready to move, I was able to get it rented out to a family very quickly. My only gripe is that the entrance gate could be wider to make car entry smoother. Otherwise, it is a decent property that holds good value for money in this part of Andhra Pradesh.
