We decided to buy in Lokhandwala Lady Ratan Tower because of its proximity to Bombay Scottish School, Mahim, which is practically nearby. This was a major deciding factor for our family. The 1 BHK configuration has a built-up area of 650 square feet, which feels a bit compact for a family, but we are upgrading from a rental and it suits our immediate needs. The price is 2.66 Crore onwards, which is quite a significant investment, but the location in Gandhi Nagar, Worli, is very convenient. The building has essential amenities like a lift, car parking, and a swimming pool. The presence of a staff quarter is also a plus. We are hoping the Vastu compliant design helps bring good energy to our new home. We are a little worried about the traffic noise in Worli, but that's common for Mumbai.

The project has been around since 2002, so it’s not new construction, but it appeato be quite robust. They have a jogging track and a flower garden which are pleasant. The price of 2.66 Crore is on the higher side, but the ready-to-move status was a big draw for me. I did notice some dust from ongoing minor repaiwithin the building, which is a bit of a nuisance.
