Finally moving out of our rental! We booked a 2 BHK here, the built-up area is about 807 square feet. It feels much bigger than our current place. The price point for this configuration is around 1.39 Crore which fits our budget after saving for yeaWe liked the idea of a kid's pool and the ample open spaces, 80% open spaces with a central lawn sounds lovely. The developer, Lodha Group, has a decent reputation. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but the metro station is not too far.

Proximity to the World Trade Centre is also a plus for future prospects. Construction seems to be progressing steadily. The location in Kharadi, Wagholi is developing fast. We are hoping the completion date in November 2022 will be met.
