    Relocating for work, I needed a place conveniently located, and Lodha Panache fits the bill. Being close to the proposed metro station in Hinjewadi is a huge advantage for future commute. I looked at the 4 BHK options; the carpet area is 1744 sq.ft, which is very large. The design by Hafeez Contractor is commendable, and the promise of Net Zero Carbon by 2035 is excellent. My only hesitation is the price point, with some units going up to 2.7 Crore. However, the inclusion of features like a tennis court, skating rink, and the Sky Sports Club offegood value. The planned completion is June 2027.

    We purchased a 3 BHK here and are quite pleased with the overall plan. The carpet area for the 3 BHK ranges from 1200 to 1450 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, close to Hinjewadi, is convenient for accessing amenities. We were particularly impressed by the Sky Sports Club situated 100 feet above ground and the 300-meter jogging track with views – quite unique! The developer, Lodha Group, seems to have included many thoughtful features like rain water harvesting and Vastu compliance. Construction is still ongoing, with completion expected in June 2027, so we are patiently waiting. The project name is Lodha Panache.

    This is my fit flat purchase, and Lodha Panache felt like a good starting point. I booked a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 900 square feet. The location near Wipro Circle and close to Podar International School is very appealing. I really liked the idea of organic farming on-site and the cricket pitch. The builder, Lodha Group, has a strong track record. My only minor worry is the traffic getting to Hinjewadi during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Construction is underway, with completion set for June 2027. The imported marble and air-conditioned bedrooms are a nice touch.
