I bought a 2 BHK, 890 square feet, for around 27 Lakhs. The ready to move status was crucial for my urgent need. The proximity to the Mumbai Nashik Expressway is also a plus for potential travel. The only slight drawback is that the parking seems a bit constrained if many residents have large vehicles. However, the convenience of location outweighs this.

It’s enough space for our small family and the children's play area within the complex is a nice touch. The price was about 27 Lakhs. Sometimes the traffic near Rathachakra Chowk can be a bit much, but that’s everywhere in the city.
