Also, Max Super Speciality Hospital being so nearby gives us peace of mind. We are looking at a plot size around 1200 Sq.ft. The developer, Leverage Group, has planned for essential amenities like internal roads, footpaths, and landscaping. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. The main drawback we noticed is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction work, which is expected but still a bit botheome. The Nari Road Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. We are hoping the surrounding area develops further.
