The villas are 4 BHK, which gives them plenty of space. The size around 3500 Sq.ft should be perfect. Freedom Hospitals is also nearby, which is reassuring. Although the price is around 11 Cr, the quality of life and the amenities like the solar lighting and landscaping seem excellent for my parents' well-being.
