We are excited about our new 2 BHK apartment at Legend Aaradhyam Phase I. It's 923 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to grow. We work in IT and the proximity to Hinjewadi is a huge plus, even though it's a bit of a drive. The project has good amenities like a club house and a swimming pool. The price was within our budget, around 60 Lakh for our unit. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in May 2025. One thing we noticed is the dust from the construction site, which is expected but can be a bit annoying. However, the plans for landscaping and tree planting are promising. Video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance add to the feeling of safety.
