The carpet area for the 2 BHK is around 642 sq.ft which feels spacious enough for us. It's also quite close to Infosys Phase 2 Bus Stop, about a 3-minute walk, which is super convenient for my husband's commute. The price point around 50 Lakhs was also within our budget. We liked the idea of the children's play area too, for when we have guests with kids. The construction is still under progress, expected completion is April 2027. We are hoping the quality lives up to expectations.
