I chose a 2 BHK flat with a saleable area of 600 Sq.ft. The price was approximately 62 Lakhs. I appreciate the inclusion of a Gymnasium and a Multipurpose Room for residents. Legacy Lifespaces is developing the project, with an expected completion in October 2026. While the location is superb for work, the connectivity to the main city areas could be better during non-peak houWater conservation and rainwater harvesting are also good features to see.
