We got a 1200 sq.ft plot which was within our budget, costing around 18.6 Lakh. The developer mentioned it's a gated community with basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us. My only concern is the road leading to the project; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. Also, the OC received status wasn't clearly available at the time of booking, which caused some initial hesitation.
