    We bought a 3 BHK villa in JS Lotus. The built-up area is about 1856 sq.ft., which is a good size for our family. The price was within our budget, around 68 Lakh. We liked the amenities, especially the children's play area and the swimming pool. It’s good that the project is ready to move, so we could shift immediately. The location in Nisarga Layout, Anekal is quite peaceful. However, the nearest school, Saraswathi Vidya Mandira, is nearby, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the OC status is not available, which is a bit concerning for official records.

The location in Anekal is a bit far from the main city, but it’s peaceful which is what we wanted. We checked out the swimming pool and it looks well maintained.     I recently moved into JS Lotus, a 3 BHK villa. It's a bit spacious at 2124 square feet, maybe more than I actually need but it's comfortable. The price point of 77.53 Lakh was at the higher end of my budget, but the developer JS Holdings has a good reputation. Being ready to move was a huge plus. The gym is decent for my morning workouts, and I appreciate the cycling track for evening runs. The main concern is the distance to my office; it takes about 2.5 houto reach the state highway, which is quite a long time. The road access to the project itself could be better too, not the smoothest journey.

It’s also convenient that it's close to the Chandapura - Anekal Road. The only real issue we found is the parking space. It feels a bit cramped if you have two vehicles, and maneuvering can be tricky. Otherwise, the community feels nice and safe, with a children’s play area for future family.

My main concern is the road quality leading to the project; it’s a bit rough and dusty, especially during dry weather. Also, while it's peaceful, it feels quite far from main city facilities.
