  This is my very fit property purchase, and I've chosen Leela by Empyrean Landmarks Ph2. I'm opting for a 2 BHK, with a carpet area of approximately 700 sq.ft. The price is around 1.08 crore. I was drawn to the location in Kharadi, Pune, as it's a developing area with good connectivity. Having the IT Tower bus stop just a 3-minute walk away is incredibly convenient for my daily commute. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2027. Empyrean Landmarks is the developer. I'm a little worried about the dust and construction noise since it's still a developing site, but I'm trying to focus on the potential. I hope the final quality matches expectations.

We are looking at the 3 BHK apartments, the carpet area around 800-900 sq.ft feels spacious enough for us and our growing kids. The price is a bit higher than we initially planned, around 1.3 crore, but the location is excellent. Having EuroSchool Kharadi practically next door is a massive relief. Also, Manipal Hospital being so close gives us peace of mind. We are hoping the construction quality is good as it's still under construction until December 2027. I was also impressed by the fact that EuroSchool Kharadi and Manipal Hospital are nearby, making errands and emergencies much simpler.
