I was drawn to the location in Kharadi, Pune, as it's a developing area with good connectivity. Having the IT Tower bus stop just a 3-minute walk away is incredibly convenient for my daily commute. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2027. Empyrean Landmarks is the developer. I'm a little worried about the dust and construction noise since it's still a developing site, but I'm trying to focus on the potential. I hope the final quality matches expectations.
