A definite plus is its proximity to Podar International School, a short distance, though I don't have kids yet, it’s good to know for the future. The landscaping and tree planting have made the common areas look quite pleasant. My only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather.
