We were looking for a ready-to-move flat near the highway for our commute. New Mandai Complex seemed like a good option because it's right on the Pune-Nagar highway, zero kilometeaway. That's a huge plus for us. We picked a 2 BHK, around 600 square feet carpet area. The layout is decent, not too cramped. They have closed car parking which is essential. Water supply is 24/7, which is great. My only slight worry is that the immediate area can get a bit dusty because of the highway traffic, but overall it’s convenient for work. The developer, New Manikraj Develope, seems to have focused on basic amenities.

The only minor issue is that sometimes the highway noise can be heard inside, but we are getting used to it. Overall, a good upgrade.
