The location in Pragathi Nagar, Chenchu Guda is quite convenient. We are both teacheand the school is close by, which is a bonus. The hospital, Dr. Rao's ENT Super Speciality International Hospital, is also not too far. We liked the layout of the flat we saw. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has a reputation for finishing projects. The only thing is the immediate approach road could be better maintained; it felt a little dusty during our visit. But considering it's ready to move, it was a strong contender.
