The gated community aspect and 24x7 security are important for us as a young couple. The planned landscaping and tree planting sound appealing for a greener environment. The location in Undera is reasonably connected, and having Cygnus school and Bhailal Amin General Hospital so close is a definite plus for future needs. We were a bit concerned about the exact completion date being December 2026, as it feels a bit far off, but the construction is progressing steadily from what we saw. Landmark Realty seems to be on schedule.
