The gated community aspect and 24x7 security are important for us as a young couple. The planned landscaping and tree planting sound appealing for a greener environment. The location in Undera is reasonably connected, and having Cygnus school and Bhailal Amin General Hospital so close is a definite plus for future needs. We were a bit concerned about the exact completion date being December 2026, as it feels a bit far off, but the construction is progressing steadily from what we saw. Landmark Realty seems to be on schedule.

Being a teacher couple, the proximity to Cygnus school at nearby is a huge advantage, and Bhailal Amin General Hospital nearby is also reassuring. The project by Landmark Realty is under construction, with a December 2026 completion date. While the idea of a new home is exciting, the dust and traffic from ongoing construction nearby are a bit of a concern for now. We are hoping the developer manages the site well to minimize disturbances. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are good safety features included.
