The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is a huge relief, as it's literally nearby. My parents also appreciate the quietness despite being on PeteRoad. The developer, Landmark Housing Projects, has a good reputation. The price range for these larger flats goes up to 9.01 Crore, which I felt was acceptable given the size and the premium location in Gopalapuram. The ready-to-move status was a key factor for me.
