Baashyaam Nandavrajam is a ready-to-move project, and we inspected a 1435 sq.ft 2.5 BHK apartment. The space seemed adequate for our growing family. The developer, Baashyaam Constructions Private Limited, is known in Chennai. We appreciated the provision for rain water harvesting and the general green spaces with landscaping and tree planting. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital Chennai, also nearby, adds to the convenience. My only concern is the traffic noise from Masilamani Road, which can be quite noticeable during peak houOtherwise, it's a solid option for families.
