We chose Landmark Elite II in Uruli Kanchan because of its proximity to good schools. Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla English Medium School is only a 4-minute drive, which is a huge relief for us. The plot size of 1131 square feet gives us flexibility to build a home that suits our family. The starting price of 10.99 Lakh was within our budget for a plot. Landmark Corporation is developing the project, and it's scheduled for completion in December 2025. We are looking forward to the recreation facilities and landscaping they plan to include. The 24X7 water supply is also a must-have for us. One minor concern is the ongoing construction dust, which is expected but can be a bit botheome sometimes. Otherwise, the location feels safe and promising for our kids.
