We were looking for a 2 BHK and found Landcraft Metrohomes. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is around 419 to 468 sq.ft which felt decent for us. The price range starting from 33.81 Lakh seems competitive for this area in Ghaziabad. It is still under construction, expected to complete by July 2027. We liked that they have a gym and a swimming pool planned. Also, the security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and fire sprinkleare important. My partner works in IT and the location near National Highway 34 should make commuting easier. The developer is LandCraft Develope, and they seem to have a good plan for amenities.
