The plots are ready to move in, and I got a 1080 Sq.ft plot for about 13 Lakhs. The location is fantastic, with CHC Muradnagar nearby – perfect for my commute. Bliss Infratech has ensured good landscaping and tree planting, making the environment pleasant. Power backup is also available, which is crucial. The only slight inconvenience is the distance to the metro station, Shaheed Sthal, which is over 12 kilometeaway, but that's manageable.

We finally bought our own plot at Bliss Residency in Muradnagar. It feels great to have our own land instead of renting. We got a plot of 1080 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for our future plans. The price was within our budget, around 9 Lakhs. Bliss Infratech seems to have completed this project quite some time back, back in June 2013. The area is developing and it's good to own something here. The Vastu compliant design was a big plus for us. The only small issue is that the road access to the main highway could be a bit better, it's a narrow lane sometimes. But overall, we are happy with this investment.
