Land Trades Shivabagh seemed like a good option, especially the 4 BHK configuration which has a super builtup area between 3512 sq.ft and 3763 sq.ft. It is still under construction with a completion date of December 2027, so we have some time. The location in Shivabagh Kadri is convenient, not too far from KMC Hospital Mangaluru. We are a bit concerned about the traffic getting out of Shivabagh Kadri during peak hou, but the increased living space is worth it. The developer, Land Trades Builde& Develope, has a decent reputation. We hope the construction quality holds up over the yeaThe price point is something we are still working out with the bank, but the overall plan looks promising for our growing needs.

I decided to finally buy my own place after yeaof renting. Land Trades Shivabagh in Kadri looked like a good choice for a 3 BHK. The super builtup area starts at 2488 sq.ft, which is plenty of space for me. It's still under construction, scheduled for completion in December 2027. The location is appealing because it's reasonably close to Lourdes Central School, which is nearby. My primary concern is the parking situation. I have a small car, but sometimes these large projects can have very tight parking arrangements, and I haven't seen the final plans for that yet. I am hoping Land Trades Builde& Developehas made adequate provisions for residents. The overall plan seems solid for now.
