We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Land Sea Breeze seemed like a good opportunity, especially the 3 BHK configuration which is 1100 sq.ft. This gives us plenty of room to grow. The price around 80 Lakhs was manageable with our combined income, and it's a ready to move property. The location near ECR is convenient for our commutes to school. Having amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area are great bonuses. We are a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's temporary. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for us. We looked at the 850 sq.ft 2 BHK options too, but preferred the larger space.

We bought a 2 BHK, 850 sq.ft, for about 70 Lakhs. It’s ready to move, which was a priority for us. The apartment has good natural light. The amenities like the gym and jogging track are great for our active lifestyle. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance add to the feeling of safety. We did find the pricing a bit on the higher side compared to some other projects, but the location and ready-to-move status justified it for us. The 1100 sq.ft 3 BHK was also an option, but we preferred the smaller unit.
