We needed more space than our rental offered, and buying a plot at Land Eesha was the best decision. The location in Kadri is excellent, especially with Lourdes Central School nearby – no more stressful school runs! It’s also very close to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute, which is reassuring. We chose a plot because we want to design our dream home together. Land Trades Builde& Developeare known for their timely deliveries, which was important for us. The area is bustling, which is good for accessibility, but sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak times. Despite that, the convenience of having schools and hospitals so close outweighs the minor traffic issues. It feels like a good long-term investment for our family.
