The price was around 38 Lakhs, which felt like a good value for the size and location in Ashok Nagar, near Urwa. We were particularly drawn to the fact that it's ready to move and that SDM School Mangaluru is nearby – this was a huge deciding factor for us. The indoor games amenity is a nice touch for the kids. While the project was completed in May 2010, the construction still holds up well. One minor point is that parking can be a bit tight if you have larger vehicles.
