    We chose Homeland Alina because of its prime location right in Ashok Nagar, Mangalore. Our children will be attending SDM School Mangaluru, which is literally 0 kilometeaway – a massive relief for us. A. J. Hospital & Research Centre is also just as close, which gives us peace of mind. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of around 700 square feet. The project is currently under construction, with an estimated completion date of November 2028. The developer, Alina, seems to have a reasonable build quality from what we've seen. However, the parking situation is not yet clear. For a family with two ca, we need to ensure sufficient parking space is provided. This is something we will need clarification on soon.
