We also have closed car parking available. The flat is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us. The completion was in June 2022. One thing is the traffic on Aurangabad Road can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's common in Nashik. We are mostly happy with the purchase.

The area is generally good, but sometimes the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit annoying, though it’s not directly from this project. Overall, we are happy with the decision.
