The location in Shalimar is familiar to them. The 2 BHK configuration is suitable for their needs. United Buildehas a history of completing projects, which gave me confidence. The proximity to Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital is a major advantage for their health concerns. Gangapur Road and Old Agra Road are also accessible, which is good for their daily errands. The Shalimar Bus Stop is also nearby, which is convenient for travel. The power backup is a good feature to have, especially during monsoons or peak summer.
