    Getting our kids to Delhi Public School Ruby Park was a priority, and Lal Kuthi Apartment is conveniently located near it. We opted for a 4 BHK unit, which is 2800 square feet, giving us ample room. The proximity to Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, about 1.65 kilometeaway, is excellent for commuting into the city for work or other activities. We moved in around the time it was ready to move, in late 2015. The only slight issue we've encountered is the traffic congestion on Basani Devi Colony road during peak houOther than that, the space and location are great for our family needs.
