Getting our kids to Delhi Public School Ruby Park was a priority, and Lal Kuthi Apartment is conveniently located near it. We opted for a 4 BHK unit, which is 2800 square feet, giving us ample room. The proximity to Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, about 1.65 kilometeaway, is excellent for commuting into the city for work or other activities. We moved in around the time it was ready to move, in late 2015. The only slight issue we've encountered is the traffic congestion on Basani Devi Colony road during peak houOther than that, the space and location are great for our family needs.

I purchased a 4 BHK flat in Lal Kuthi Apartment, located in Kasba, Sector IV. The 2800 square feet built-up area is very spacious and suitable for a government employee like myself with a large family. The ready-to-move status simplified the entire process. Its closeness to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, at just 1.2 kilomete, provides excellent connectivity across Kolkata. The building was finished in December 2015. While the size is a major positive, the surrounding area still feels a bit underdeveloped compared to other parts of the city. Nevertheless, the spacious interioare a big plus.

I bought a 4 BHK flat in Lal Kuthi Apartment, primarily for the space it offe, 2800 square feet is quite large. Being ready to move was a big plus, as I wanted to settle in quickly. The location in Kasba, Sector IV, is decent, though getting to Rashbehari Avenue can take a while during busy times. One thing I've noticed is that parking can be a bit challenging if you have guests. The building was completed in December 2015. It feels safe and secure, which is important for me. The developer hasn't really added any new amenities over the yea, which is a bit disappointing.

The Eastern Metropolitan Bypass is also very close, just 1.2 kilometeaway, aiding commutes. The building was completed back in December 2015. My main concern is the lack of modern amenities that newer projects offer. The maintenance charges seem reasonable though.

The flat size is impressive, offering plenty of room to grow. However, we have found that the road leading to the apartment can be quite dusty, especially during dry spells. Gariahat Road is also accessible, which is great for shopping. The building was completed in December 2015. The only minor drawback is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, especially during the day. However, the spaciousness makes up for it.
