I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which has a good carpet area ranging from 841 sq.ft to 1115 sq.ft. The project by Ladva International Llp is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. The wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, community hall, and 24x7 water supply, are very appealing. Internal roads and footpaths are also being developed. My only minor concern is the traffic on the New 150 Feet Ring Road during peak hou, but that is typical for a growing area like Ghanteshwar. Overall, the location and facilities are excellent.

The only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit botheome. Hopefully, once completed, the landscaping will make it much nicer.
