This is my very fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Vikas Madhav 1 because it's ready to move and located in Ghanteshwar, Patel Chowk Area, which seems to be a growing locality in Rajkot. Vikas Agencies is the developer, and I heard they have completed other projects well. The project's address on Jamnagar Road is easy to find. I liked that it's relatively close to Madhapar Chokdi Bus Stop, which is useful for public transport. The biggest challenge was undetanding the pricing structure since exact configurations and areas weren't immediately clear, but I managed to get a good deal. The building looks solid, and the society seems peaceful.

This was a major factor for us. The construction by Vikas Agencies appeato be of good quality, based on my initial inspection. My only slight concern is the dust from the nearby ongoing construction activities, which is noticeable during drier periods. However, the proximity to essential services like the school outweighs this for now.

It's located in Ghanteshwar, Patel Chowk Area, which is quite a developing part of Rajkot. Daily commute is manageable as it's close to the main Jamnagar Road. We found the space adequate for our needs. The builder, Vikas Agencies, seems to have a decent track record. One thing I noticed is that the roads within the society are a little narrow, which can be tricky when vehicles are coming from opposite directions. Overall, it feels like a solid place for a family home.
