The developer, L K Constructions, has provided several necessary amenities like a fire fighting system and community buildings, which are good for residents. The location is decent, with schools and hospitals nearby. However, the overall construction quality of the building appeaa bit basic, not luxurious, and the OC is not available, which is a point of concern for long-term investment security.
