The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us. Being close to Podar International School is fantastic for our kids. The developer, Kwality Properties And Develope, seems to have focused on basic necessities. The electrical meter room and energy management systems are included. The only downside we've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we expect that to settle down soon. The landscaping is quite pleasant.
