    I chose KVD Wind Park because of the club house and swimming pool. It seems like a nice place to relax after a long day at work. The 3 BHK apartments offer a good amount of space, between 1245 and 1505 square feet, which gives me room to grow. The location in Techzone 4 is decent, though getting to the Noida Sector 50 Metro Station takes about 7.43 kilomete, so I will rely on taxis or my own vehicle. The price is a little more than I initially budgeted, with the higher end going up to 1.33 Crore, but the amenities are attractive. It's still under construction and I'm looking forward to the completion. I hope the parking situation is manageable.
