The location in Royapettah, Chennai Central is fantastic, with DAV Girls Senior Secondary School and Kauvery Hospital right there. I chose a 611 Sq.ft 2.5 BHK apartment; it feels just right for me. It’s under construction by B Ashwin Ganesh, with completion expected in December 2027. The Thousand Light Metro Station being nearby is a big plus for my daily commute to work. My only slight concern is the current dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected but can be a bit botheome.

I looked at the 2 BHK configuration which is 611 Sq.ft; it seems like a comfortable size for my parents. B Ashwin Ganesh is the developer, and the project is under construction, scheduled for completion by December 2027. I appreciate that Thousand Light Metro Station is nearby, making it easy for anyone to visit them. The main challenge is being an NRI and managing the purchase process remotely, but the developer has been responsive to my queries.

Kurinji seemed like a good option, especially the location in Royapettah, Chennai Central, being close to schools and hospitals like DAV Girls Senior Secondary School and Kauvery Hospital. We are looking at the larger 3 BHK apartments, with sizes going up to 1108 Sq.ft, which would give us much more space than our current rental. Our main concern is the parking situation, as the details are still a bit unclear and we have two caWe hope B Ashwin Ganesh has planned adequate parking for residents.

However, the convenience outweighs this. The Thousand Light Metro Station is also not too far, nearby, which is good for commuting.
