    I finally decided to buy my own place in Kurinji. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are my top priorities. The location in Royapettah, Chennai Central is fantastic, with DAV Girls Senior Secondary School and Kauvery Hospital right there. I chose a 611 Sq.ft 2.5 BHK apartment; it feels just right for me. It’s under construction by B Ashwin Ganesh, with completion expected in December 2027. The Thousand Light Metro Station being nearby is a big plus for my daily commute to work. My only slight concern is the current dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected but can be a bit botheome.
