We were looking for a modern apartment in Pune and Kundan Presidia caught our eye. We looked at the 3.5 BHK configuration, which has a spacious carpet area ranging from 1570 to 1687 square feet. The price is definitely on the higher side, going up to 1.91 Crore, but the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive. It's ready to move in, which is a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait too long. The location in Kondhwa is decent, not too far from the city center, and it's good that the metro station is nearby. The video door security is a nice touch for a young couple.
