We were looking for something close to Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park and Kunal Shriram Elite seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartment is 574 sq.ft carpet area which is decent for us. It is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway is also quite close, making weekend getaways easier. The price was around 58 Lakhs, which was within our budget. There is closed car parking available which is a plus. My partner likes the landscaping and tree planting done around the complex. Water supply is 24x7, which is essential. The only small issue is the traffic noise sometimes because it's not too far from the main road.

This is my fit property purchase and I found Kunal Shriram Elite in Pimpri Chinchwad. It's a ready to move property and the completion date was November 2022. The area is about 574 sq.ft carpet for the 2 BHK configuration. I liked that it has internal roads and footpaths, and also storm water drains which is good for the monsoon. The price point of 58 Lakhs felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. I saw they have landscaping and tree planting which makes it look nice. The developer is Kunal Buildcon. I am still waiting for the OC details though, that's a bit of a concern.

They also have a fire fighting system installed, which is important for safety. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. The only drawback is the dust on the internal roads which could be better maintained. It is a Kunal Buildcon project.
