I liked the amenities like the kid's pool and the amphitheater. The location in Balewadi, near Bharati Vidyapeeth School, seemed convenient. My main concern is the price, which is at the higher end at around 3.11 Cr. However, the fact that it is ready to move in was a big factor for us. We didn't want to wait for construction. Kunal Group seems to have delivered on time.

  We were looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful area, and Kunal Aspiree Phase IV fit the bill. We chose a 3 BHK, around 1050 Sq.ft built-up. The senior citizen siteout and the gazebo are nice touches for relaxation. Having 24x7 water supply is essential, and they offer that. The price for our unit was approximately 3.5 Cr. The location near Bharati Vidyapeeth School is good. While the project seems nice, the traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes as it is close to the main road. But overall, the amenities and the ready-to-move status are positives.
