The 3 BHK units have a carpet area of 848 square feet, which should be spacious enough for them. The location in Kharadi is good, and it's reassuring that Manipal Hospital is very close by, nearby, along with EuroSchool. While the price is on the higher side, around 1.10 Crore for the unit I selected, the quality and amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and solid waste management are important for my parents' peace of mind. I hope the water conservation efforts are effective.
