The location in Mahalunge, Pimpri Chinchwad, is accessible, and the Mumbai highway is right there. Kumar Urban Development has provided a water softener plant, which is a good addition. The swimming pool and gymnasium are benefits for a couple like us. It is ready to move, so we could shift immediately. While the price is a bit high for our budget, the amenities and location justified it. The project feels well-maintained.
