This project by KT Construction And Developelooked promising. I bought a 1 BHK unit. The area is 357 square feet carpet. The price was 18.5 Lakh. It's ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. The amenities like storm water drains and water conservation are good. It's close to Rambhau Parulekar Vidyaniketan, which is nearby, and the hospital is also nearby. My only worry is the dust from nearby construction, which is quite noticeable during certain times of the day. Also, the access road to the project could be better maintained.
