    We decided to buy our fit home at KSKN Happy Nest. The 2 BHK flats are built up to 1270 square feet, which felt quite spacious when we visited. The price starting from 57.15 Lakh seemed reasonable for a new construction in Sangareddy. KS Developeis promising completion by October 2026, which gives us enough time to plan our move. I really liked the idea of 100% Vaastu compliant design and the separate tanks for Manjeera and bore well water. The inclusion of Teak frame main doowith veneer adds a nice touch. It feels like a good starting point for us.
