We were looking for a spacious home for our family, and this 4 BHK at Kshiagar Shirin Harmony seemed like a good option. The carpet area is quite large at 2083 Sq.ft. Indira National School is only nearby, which is very convenient for the kids. The project has a children's play area, which my daughter is already excited about. The price for the 4 BHK goes up to 2.63 Crore, which was a bit over our initial budget, but we managed. The connectivity to Bhumkar Chowk road is also good. The only issue we are facing is the traffic during peak houwhen going to school. The construction quality looks good though.

The location in Tathawade is quite good, with easy access to the Mumbai Pune Expressway. Kshiagar Buildehas included amenities like a children's play area and closed car parking. The proposed Metro Station at Hinjewadi is also a plus for future connectivity. I did find the parking space a bit cramped when I visited, but that is my only minor issue so far. The overall feel of the project is quite nice.

The proposed Metro Station at Hinjewadi is also not too far, which might be useful later. Parking is available, which is good for my father.
