We chose the larger one. It's in Ravet, close to the S. B. Patil Public School which is a huge plus for us. The price range of 90 Lakh to 93.61 Lakh was manageable for us. Having ready-to-move flats meant we could shift quickly after the December 2022 completion. The Recreation Facilities and Landscaping & Tree Planting are nice touches for the kids. Water conservation is also important to us.
