We chose Krishna Prathamesh Heights because it’s close to Purandar High School, nearby. That was a huge deciding factor for us. The 2 BHK flat size of 607 square feet is comfortable for our family. Having Vishwaniranjan Eye Hospital nearby at nearby also gives us peace of mind. The developer, Krishna Develope, seems to have focused on essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping. Dust from nearby construction can be a bit of an issue sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. The ready-to-move status was very appealing as we didn't want to wait long. The open parking is adequate for now.
