We decided on Krishna Nisarg because of its proximity to schools. School of Scholais very close, which makes morning drop-offs so much easier. The flat size is 740 square feet for a 2 BHK, which feels a bit compact for our growing family, especially with two kids. However, the price of 24.01 Lakhs onwards was attractive. The location on Hingna Road in Wanadongri is decent, although there can be some dust from ongoing construction nearby. They have provided essential amenities like a fire fighting system and street lighting. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are good initiatives. We are still waiting to see the OC status, which is a bit concerning for future resale value.
