This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I decided on Krishna Aprameya Enclave in Raj Nagar Extension because the price for a 2 BHK seemed reasonable, starting from 89.52 Lakh. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 915 to 1075 square feet, which feels good for a starter home. The developer, Krishna Aprameya Group, has been around since 2013, so the project is completed and ready to move in. I liked the idea of the Vastu compliant design and the earthquake-resistant structure. Parking is available, but I hope it’s enough once more people move in. The gym and clubhouse look nice.
