  We chose Krisala 41 Evoke Building B because it’s very close to S. B. Patil Public School, nearby. This makes the morning school run so much easier. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, and the carpet area of 527 to 623 square feet should be enough for our family. The developer, Krisala Develope, is also including good facilities like landscaping and tree planting, which will make the surroundings pleasant. The project is still under construction, with completion expected in July 2024. We are happy with the choice so far, mainly for the school proximity.
